Thanks for sharing OP! Another reason why 'X' is my favorite player on this team. He's finally having fun playing football and that will mean great things for us 'boys fans!

Humanity has come a long way.

Humanity has a long way to go.

Kids bring out the best in loving parents. Perhaps Bryant's best is yet to come. And if Junior deserves cred for some of his dad's inspiration, so be it. Let him be the team's littlest X-man.

Dez has more kids than Dez Jr. Please don't think for one second he'd be the same person / have the same opportunity without the spoils football has provided him. He would not have "broken the cycle" otherwise, and that is not a knock on him -- you're the one who brought politics into it :lmao2:

Explain where I brought politics into this?

I said kids, can you not read?

You're special aren't you?

Do you think these people care about diversity? If they had their way we would all be straight from the same assembly line.

"These people"?... Wow. That comment puts you right on the level with the ONE person that made the
comment. The anger got to you and now you're no better than the him. Actually worse.

Take a breath. It's doubtful you've met any significant amount of members here to lump us into one basket.

man, super cute kid!

As mentioned by other posters, Dez does look like a new man and his play reflects. He appears to be enjoying the offense, team and football. I'm sure many can relate from work experience that when a unproportionate amount of pressure is perceived to be on your shoulders, it has an adverse affect on how you act, perform, and your psyche as a whole. I think Dez has found a place in this offence where he's a vital a component and doesn't have to be THE piece the team needs to succeed.

There is a saying..."eat the fish and throw the bones away". If I drive down your street, just wave at me as I pass by. Its just that simple.

What's interesting is Dez has an older son. You just rarely see him in public. Nature of that whole co-parenting thing, I guess.

I do think him having a family is definitely matured him.

I hate to see anyone have to get offended if a comment is obviously intentionally inflammatory, but seriously, sometimes people are just looking for stuff to get offended over. As a lawyer I have been called all sorts of things by people who are really trying to intentionally offend me and they never really seem to get it done because I really don't care what anyone thinks about me.
Who are you to tell someone what they should or shouldn't get offended by though? A bit insensitive.

Yeah I was going to say either this kid is not growing or something is going on lol. I see this is a different child.

Maybe you are right. Maybe we need a few safe zones around here in case they are needed. I need to be more careful. I don't remember saying anything offensive, but that shouldn't stop people from getting offended anyway.
