July 23 — Owner Jerry Jones said this is not a make-or-break year for head coach Jason Garrett in the annual state of the team address. He added that Josh Brent deserves an opportunity to resume his career after serving time for a drunk-driving incident that took the life of best friend and teammate, Jerry Brown Jr.

July 24 — Quarterback Tony Romo declared he’s healthy after back surgery and added that “you’ll see the best version of me” over next four to five years.

July 25 — Romo was held out of the second day of practice. The quarterback has yet to practice more than two consecutive days since training camp began.

July 29 — Rookie DeMarcus Lawrence, expected to start at right defensive end, left the practice field on a cart. He fractured his right foot and will open the season on injured reserve, meaning the earliest he can play is late October or early November.

2. Romo re-injures back...done for career

3. Slow start...Garrett receives a 3 year extention

4. Tyron Smith goes down for the year torn ACL

5. Josh Brent reinstated.....pulled over for another DUI

6. Jason Witten arrested for domestic violence

7. Short on CBs....Cowboys sign Fred Smoot

8. Doug Free resigned for 4 more years

9. Dan Bailey traded

10. More Jerry photos

11. Ryan Williams is picked up by the Giants rushes for 1700yrds.

12. Eagles win the Super Bowl.

Thank God Stephen did talk dad out of drafting JMF, Jerry almost wasted another draft, senile old fool. he needs to give up the ship and let the son take control. He scares me.

5 If I'm Brent, I would nevr drive again, period. Hire a chauffeur and sit in the back, preferably straight as a board.
