wow...the Jets taking Ryan is a stretch...IMO.

If this was the case...we would hear: There has been a trade

"With the 9th pick in the draft, the Dallas Cowboys select Darren McFadden"

Trade:

Both 1st
Next years 1st and 4th rounder

for

Darren McFadden
Chad Johnson

:D

Thanks. Interesting about Ryan--given Clemens and Pennington's presence. At least they mentioned the Jets may be wanting to trade down in that scenario.

haha.....be a man and use the real ones.

Jet's love Ryan and McFadden Clemens doesn't have the arm to play in that stadium.

I think these guys are overating the CB's, much like the our own zone mock... I hope so at least

I'm betting Talib at 22.

Jenkins before McKelvin really surprised me.

22. Cowboys: RB FELIX JONES, ARKANSAS

21. Skins: DE CALAIS CAMPBELL, MIAMI

20. Bucs: WR LIMAS SWEED, TEXAS

Someone go punch him in the face for picking Felix Jones, please.

I really hope I do not have to buy a new TV on Saturday if our 1st pick is Felix.

ARIZONA CB ANTOINE CASON

Love this kid. And I think he could be the best corner in this draft, when all is said and done. Why? Because of one of the most overlooked qualities a corner can have: instincts. This kid knows the game, times his breaks well, plays aware of everything around him, and has position flexibility. He was the best defensive back in college last year -- witness the Thorpe Award on his trophy case -- and is a steal here.

Charles Woodson and Al Harris are a solid pair of starters, but DC Bob Sanders' man-heavy scheme can be exposed when other teams spread Green Bay out and force more DBs on the field. Cason will immediately help them shore that deficiency up, because he's ready to step in right away. The knock on him is that he lacks the long and recovery speed to play in a man defense, but I think he's faster than a lot of people give him credit for, and makes up for a lack of truly elite wheels with a great head for the game. If the Cowboys take Talib over Cason, they will rue the day they did.
Todd Archer's on the clock with the World Champion Giants.

I tend to agree with Albert on this one.

We pass on Cason to take Talib? Ugh.

I forget all the days we are supposed to rue, so it can't hurt to add one more to the list.

RB FELIX JONES, ARKANSAS

If the draft falls this way, then the Cowboys would do their best to move up, in my opinion. They like Jones, but I'm not sure they love Jones. With Jonathan Stewart gone, Jones is the pick.

He has dealt with splitting carries in his career already, which is a good thing. His speed would be a nice complement to Marion Barber. And he can return kicks.

Jerry finally drafts an Arkansas player.

I'm on the clock with Pittsburgh.

Live NFL Mock Draft: 28. Cowboys

CB AQIB TALIB, KANSAS

Well, well, well, Talib made it through from No. 22 to No. 28. So did Antoine Cason. Hmm. The Cowboys go with the local kid Talib, who was projected as a top-10 pick early in the draft process.

Talib comes in as the No. 3 cornerback right now, but if/when Pacman Jones comes to the Cowboys then he gets more time to learn. With Terence Newman in the final year of his deal and Anthony Henry unable to make it through a season healthy and the possibility Pacman does not get to the field or last a season, then Talib is great value.

I hope this is an original pick for some of you.

Calvin Watkins is on the clock with San Francisco.
