this is not TO nor Tank Johnson.....Pac Man is a deplorable individual. We gave skins fans alot of grief over past few years about Sean Taylor rap sheet...but this kid (pac man) makes Taylor rap sheet look silly. To help some of you grasp this.....Pac Man Jones is to Sean Taylor as DMX (Earl Simmons) is to Lil Bow Wow !

all we here is that people don't want to lose Barber for McFadden because Barber is a sure thing and McFadden is not. Now all we here is that you would rather take rookie cornerback instead of Pacman. What gives? Cornerback is a whole lot harder transition than runningback is. Personal issues aside Pacman can play and he would fill two areas of need on our team.

What's it going to be then, eh?

You felt your message was so significant you felt compelled to post it in two threads about Jones so it wouldn't get lost?

With all this talk of how "you're only as good as your pass rush", NEVER underestimate the cornerbacks...NEVER.

Our pass rush improved significantly last year. However-with Newman/Henry banged up, we were forced to play more zone. As we all know...more zone = less blitzing = more predictable D = less QB pressure as you can't design your blitzes as much.

Sure-Jim Johnson is a brilliant mind, but Samuels is no better than your Cover 2 corner, and it won't be surprising to see even him possibly play more zone b/c of that.

Your a genius I guess because you can be positive the draft will fix the CB problem?

or

I wonder if you thought Irvin should have been kicked off the team when he was in trouble?

If not then you and the rest of the people against getting PacMan are B.S. hypocrites....

First off, you need to calm down buddy. I never said I was against giving Pac another chance and I defiently didnt think Irvin should be kicked off the team for his transgressions. So dont come at Beast with that weak stuff.

What I was laughing so hard at was your statement that you would trade a 1st round pick for Pac.

So we have a player who is currently suspended, once reinstated he is 1 screw up away from a lifetime ban by King Goddell, he has not played football in over a year, and his own team has said publicly that he will be traded or released.

And you offer up a freaking 1st rounder for this player in this scenario. No offense buddy, but offering up a 1st when the player selected right after Pac was just traded for a 6th is ****** DUMB.

No offense.:D

Look at the history of the 22nd pick and tell me what is more riskier?

PacMan not acting up, but a known performer or a completely unknown with a good margain of bust factor for CB?

You do realize that the player selected right after Pac, Troy Williamson, was just traded for a 6th and a bag of Doritos.

You do realize this, right?

And you still want to trade a 1st for Pac?

WOW:rolleyes:

Difference is that Pac has been arrested like 50 times already and his next "transgression" will be another year suspension from King Goddell, maybe longer.

So the night before our first playoff game, Pac gets into a fight with a dancer while "making it rain" at one of Dallas's finer establishments and Commish tells him to take a year off to think about it.

What do we do now???

That is the risk nobody is wanting to take.

There is no way Miami and BP are willing to take a risk on Pac when they are in full blown rebuild mode. The last thing they can handle right now is a PR disaster. That makes me question the credibility of this story.

Beat me to this thought. No way would Parcells EVER trade for the Pac Man...NEVER. He has a device called the "Box" he puts troubled players in before the draft. In Pac Man's case Parcells has the crate. So I agree this story is just some smoke to drum up some interest by the Titans.
