I think the cowboys can go anywhere from 10-6 to 11-5, strongly thinking the dallas cowboy fan in me, 11-5, but my favorite cowboy roger staubach says 12-4. Here is the article.

Roger Staubach – the legendary Dallas Cowboys quarterback whose ice-water-in-the-veins cool earned him the nickname "Captain Comeback" – called a surprise audible Monday afternoon when asked about Emmitt Smith's dour 7-9 prediction for the upcoming season.

"You know, I love Emmitt but I feel a lot different about this season," Staubach said. "I'd say 12-4, our favor."
Staubach, the Hall of Famer who led the Cowboys to four Super Bowls in the 1970s, also disagreed with Smith on the prospects for Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.
"When you say things are going to change, and you've never been that dominant personality or in that leadership position, then as a player, you lose me," Smith said on ESPN radio. "I'm sitting there saying, ‘OK, now you're going to become a leader?' "
Staubach said the criticism focused on Romo may sharpen his play.
“Sometimes, the more pressure on you, the better performer you can be, and Tony is that kind of athlete,” Staubach said. “But in football, you can’t do it by yourself. They have enough talent and enough leaders on that team to be champions.”

Staubach, whose composure under pressure earned him the nickname “Captain Comeback,” stopped short of saying he sees a little of himself in Romo — the competitive spirit and thirst for victory.
“That’s what I miss the most, the competition and the thrill of winning,” Staubach said. “I was never a sore loser, but I didn’t like to lose. It was painful, and you try to make up for that pain by winning the next game, and that’s what’s happening right now.
“Tony is going through the pain of building to a championship level, which I think he’ll do.”
Staubach said the new stadium is sure to inspire excitement among fans, which can translate into wins for the players and team. He remembered the Cowboys opening Texas Stadium in 1971.
“We were kind of off to a shaky start that year, but then when we moved into the stadium, we didn’t lose a game … and we went on to win the Super Bowl,” Staubach said.
“So, hopefully, there’s a sign there.”
