I'm very proud of it. Also hearing him say he is determined (paraphrasing) to get a SB before his career is over makes me more proud.

He was an undrafted nobody and is now top 5 all-time in QB rating, has a star on his helmet, money out his ears and a hot wife and cute kids. He's got everything anyone could dream of from where he started.

I hope he and this team can achieve that goal of a SB. It will take the focus off what Romo has not done and put into focus what Romo has done. Romo has put up outstanding numbers that yes rival the top QB in the league but until Romo gets that ring the focus will be on lack of success the team has had.

I sometimes feel as though I am more for Romo than the Cowboys. His story is just a damn good one and it only makes it better once you realize that he's a stand up guy. Can you believe, at one point, the media was trying to make Romo out to be a slacker? A guy who was nearly cut and sent into oblivion that fought his way into the starting job was being labeled as careless, not a leader, and all about the fame. All of these privileged first rounders should look to Romo as an example of how to be a leader.
