i think if you remember back to camp they wanted him inside, but because of injuries we've had to move him around. it's not like they planned on having to play him outside so much but when lawrence went don't that changed some things. hopefully as we get healthier he will get inside more. but the real value with him is it may give us another option next year inside if we don't keep melton. melton gets expensive so we have a decision there to make and a whole bunch more this off season

Thank goodness the coaching staff realized what I've been saying all year .

His move to more snaps inside coincides with the return of Anthony Spencer. It's a safe bet the coaching staff knew what you were apparently saying all year, but also knew that the combination of Melton/Crawford in the starting DL was better than the option of benching Melton and rolling with Crawford/Crawford, or whatever they'd be trotting out to replace Tyrone in the DE rotation.
