Not to mention better football.. particularly on offense. Obviously the longer a unit plays together the more proficient they should become (not so much on defense where it's more of a just swarm to the ball type deal).

Baseball doesnt have that kind of issue. Theres like zilch teamwork except for turning a double play.

Swap out a couple .300 hitters in baseball for 2 diff ones and it wont matter much. Swap out Irvin and Novacek for a couple players, even if they were comparable numberswise, and it would've made a difference because of the QB having to get used to them, new system, etc.

Yep....ON the Nosey...

Offensive lines..continuity is everything...Lilly playing next to Pugh and Andrie...knowing what eachother was going to do....means everything...same with Jones, White, Martin...

But that's for us diehards...the average fan could care less.

In the old days Taylor would have had his butt beaten, not treated the way things are today, ie suspension and fines.

As far as the old days, the NBA does business right. The NBA's CBA is set up so that teams are rewarded (or penalized) for your draft decisions. I wish the NFL had the same ideas.

I am no expert, but it seems as if the NBA salary cap is a big joke. The teams payrolls are typically much higher than the so called cap.
