Do Bosa, Hardy, Norman and Joseph make us a contender?

Shew I remember the Nnamdi days. He was awesome in Oakland. When he became a FA I wanted us to get him so bad,it also shows you what different schemes does to a player.

The only thing Dallas would be contending for would be most games lost to suspension along the DL.

We've seen how great it has worked out by taking risks, why not add some more by bringing Hardy back and using a prime pick on Bosa.

Yeah. Because Hardy is going to be suspended again, right?

People forget Carr was a very good CB when we signed him. The pass rush makes any CB better. Norman is a good player but wouldn't be the same player without pressure on the QB. Build the pass rush and the secondary will improve dramatically

not to mention the collar bone breaking blitzes by the linebackers, a thing that is not used in Dallas.

Eatman said on Cowboys break that the Cowboys got a report on Norman that didn't put him playing great at CB in a positive light. You can get Norman to take a lot of the guess work out of that.
You sure you're remembering that right?

I listened to Cowboys Break yesterday (there hasn't been a new episode since, as far as I can tell), and what I remember was they talked about a report on Ramsey, and that report wasn't favorable on him playing corner.

They certainly didn't talk about Norman in the last episode, he wasn't available.

Maybe Nick dropped a note on Twitter or something that I missed.

Is Hardy having a brain transplant? The guy is a cancer on the team. His attitude is destructive to team discipline, and he is a mediocre talent. Whatever he was gonna do in football, he may have already done.

I get the feeling Joseph isn't going to make it out of the first round now - too much chatter about him. Too bad because I love the kid.

That point is probably where we both differ.

I agree. He has talent. What he doesn't have is a brain and desire to be great. Such a waste because he is losing millions, and we could use him. But I think he burnt that bridge

This is the question lingering in my mind in this state of hysteria that today's news has brought me. Think of it. By the end of next week this could very well be a possibility. And you don't have to stretch the imagination.

Bosa was already considered that high in the draft so this is not a reach. Even if he's a left DE only.

All has been argued and said about Hardy but him returning to the kind of player he can be as a LE for us has to be the least bit intriguing to anyone.

Then adding Joseph in the 2nd round. Who I think can be one of the best safeties in the league.

At this very moment, this is still a possibility. Not even regarding what other picks we use in the 3rd and 4th. Does this make us a contender at this moment? ........................If Romo stays healthy of course.

It sure is a good start

Can't fathom a scenario where Hardy should be signed. Either he was on his best behavior given his circumstances and was still disruptive to the team and unreliable. Or, he did not recognize the chance he was given making him a complete idiot. That + his character is in the trash.

They should look into Norman at least. I would love Jack to go with the front seven if knee is actually good enough but would love Bosa-Joseph combo too. Ramsey is exciting but I see the staff taking a year to figure out his best spot. Just don't have faith in Garrett and the gang choosing and fully utilizing an ultra-versatile athlete where there is debate on his position. Sort of like Byron Jones where there is still some debate on position.

No. The coach is still the same. That means the same outdated schemes will be run and will fail.
