This list is just throwing out names known by the casual media after studying the probowl and all pro rosters. They hear a little about Lofa Tatupa and suddenly he's the fourth best inside linebacker in the NFL.
I'd like to see a list as anonymously compiled by all pro scouts that scout NFL rosters specifically. Even that would be somewhat flawed and subjective as each scout rates under different sets of criteria.
