Do not give the ball to Pollard for 20 carries a game

He said he was gassed in video during the game. That was 14 carries and 1 catch. I mean do you give him a few more carries. Sure. But the team is going to need him down the stretch and in the playoffs. I'd rather have a fresh Pollard than a worn down Pollard. He has never carried the ball more than 14 times since his high school day. He's not built for it. Start him? Yah, sure. But starting him doesn't mean make him the bell cow. Zeke and Pollard can alternate. What they got is working fine.

He never had more than 15. So we wonder why he hasn’t so far. He did a great job. When Elliot gets back then give him 15 strikes as the hammer and give Pollard 12 shots a longer runs..

Calling Pollard and Fat Zeke a duo is like saying Wham was being carried by both George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley.

Heard that was Pollard's most carries since High School. The answer to the question is, the team needs both. Keeping them fresh, makes them more effective and more healthy. No problem having Pollard start, but an even share is the goal.

He said that after his 54 yard touchdown.

I'm sure he just needed a couple of minutes to catch his breath and he would've been fine for another series.

I would say 15 touches and as far as Pollard future, would not rule out the Cowboys trying to resign him. I would not go over 7 mill avg per season if someone else does then so be it. I don't get into the Zeke vs Pollard crap but I do know a playmaker when I see one and Pollard is a playmaker

I don’t see the debate.

Coach Jerry has made it clear to everyone what he wants.

I'm pretty sure he was saying he felt stiffness in his legs even before the big TD run, and saying he felt like he was running slow. I could be mistaken, but that's what I heard.

I think Jerry tends to get his talking points from the coaching staff, not the other way around.
Eh. It very likely cuts both ways.

Im quite sure Jerry isn’t shy about what he “would like to see more of” in meetings.

There’s also the element of coaches telling Jerry what he wants to hear, etc.

But I hear what you mean. Jerry much more than likely is only repeating what he is told rather than forming that opinion himself. He acts as GM under the same MO.

You keep doing what you did against Chicago because he can do it at an elite level and much better than Zeke.

Zeke is nothing special at all at this point.

Stop it, this is overblown. The man ran for 150 yards and 3 TDs, let that sink in. It should always be a tag team effort amongst RBs, and it has been TP's whole career.

Personally, I like the split to be:
15 carries TP
10-12 carries Zeke
5 or less carries Davis/Dowdle

That’s fine, just give him more touches than Zeke per game and I think most will be happy.
