why does Parcells have to go? isn't inspiration supposed to come from the players? if they're not fired up, it's their own, damn faults, not Parcells'

This is where Dat and Al S make significant impacts.

Neither are world-beaters, but they ARE our Team Captains. After those gut-wrenching losses earlier in the season, the team bounced back nicely. However-after that Denver defeat, this team's leadership was really at a loss.

Oh my god im not saying im happyy obviously i rather have the playoffs but you guys are talking like we are the niners or the texans the boys played with passion all year and the effort was there all year long.If not for kicking problems and coaching we could have been up there with everyone. Stop bashing the players because they gave it all they got all year. And last week most of you were kissing JJ's *** and now some of you are blaming the season on him. And by the way buddy if not for Roys pick in Philly we wouldnt even be here and his pick last week and all the forced fumbles and big hits so dont point out only the mistakes hes human.

ouch, dude killed y'all

Our 21-20 miracle in Philly cancelled that one out in my view. 13-10 SEA when we kicked their *** all day is the one that killed us.

Blah, blah, I know you love being the "realist" but having to play our last three division games on the road (including two in December) was a brutal way to end the season.
That's why it's ridiculous to call a 3-3 finish a "collapse". That and the way we played against KC and Carolina.

Since Parcells has been here, we've 9 games against divisional opponents, and 7 out of 9 times that second game has been on the road.

Zman, that is a great sig with Haley in it...he was the mizzle. :)

Truth is what all are speaking, we can only blame ourselves, just like any team still out there....etc KC, SD

This thread has real quality; unfortunately some of you are too busy crying in your beer to realize that their were Plenty of great, positive things that came out of your season -- it could have been much worse ...trust me, I know!

Your QB and backups did not receive career/season ending injuries ...and will know the playbooks even better in 2006

Your playmakers are healthy ...

Roy Williams
KeShawn Johnson
Ware
WR corp (forgive me I don't know all of your team player names)

You"ve improved thanks to some great rookies

You own the Eagles in 2005 (I hate that particular one -- I'm sure you understand)

Bottom Line is your team is way above the radar screen now!

One more note ...if you must rely on the outcome of a basement team's last game performance (that's playing their 2nd and 3rd string QBS, second team and rookies) ..to get to the playoffs, ...nuff said.

Look to the positives ...you're in great position to acquire a quality WR (if BP has the cojones), and even more talent in the draft.

Here's some advice, when you start feeling low ...look down and you'll see us in the far corner of the NFCE basement! Even still, we have a few things to look forward to in 2006 also -- like getting a healthy Eagles team back with some new tweaks.

It's not that bad son's of Texas. Buck up!;)
