Do our qb's suck, or are our db's really good?

I was thinking about this because there seems to be a ton of int's in camp so far. Especially by Newman and henry.

A little bit of both. The QBs are probably rusty, it's going to take more than a few practices for QBs and receivers to get their timing down. CBs on the other hand just play the WR and the ball, they should already be in good form.

from what I've read most of the picks are coming from Romo and Henson

It's probably mostly rythem and timing ... keep in mind their probably not throwing to the same set of recievers every set of downs ... they see a ton of different looks - personnel-wise.

The DB's should start winning more battles as the practices wear on because the DB's can learn the plays. As they get used to the plays, the speed of the wr's and formations, the DB's should win more battles.

Don't forget, we have some talented rushers on the DL, with little depth or cohesiveness on the OL beyond the 1st unit.

Bad for QB's. Good for CB's.

From what's came from the past few practices Bledsoe is throwing some too, including one this morning that ticked off Parcells enough to bring it up in the PC.

The truth will start to show itself once in the pre-season games, what they are running at practice are drills when playing against an opponent we see how the QB's respond and react

It isn't too crazy to think our defense is going to be really good this year. Maybe, one of the best. So, in short, this might be one of the best defenses these QB's see all year, especially for Bledsoe.

Well you have to remember we have big CB's unlike we've had here. Both these guys can get up in a WR and disrupt them, while La Roi' and Ware are storming the back field causing issues for our QB. Not to mention Roy, you will never know where he's coming from with all the playmakers on the field, you can't zero in on him.
He's going to be like a wild bore out there.
