Do the Cowboys have a kicker?

Between either spring football leagues there are plenty of kickers to choose from.

Or just bring Maher back.

And those options are better? Or basically the same as last season?

Maher has had the strangest career I’ve ever seen.

He should have been gone during the 2019 season long before he was.

He had no business ever being back in Dallas but was, and somehow won the job in 2022.

He didn’t stop there, he was great all year.

Then suddenly couldn’t kick an extra point and the reason is supposedly a blade of painted grass.

Weeks later Jerry proclaims they are “starting over” at kicker.

He still appears to be the best option yet the team appears to have zero interest and no one else has signed him either.

There are a few kickers having great seasons in the USFL. I hope the Cowboys are checking on them once that season is over (end of this month).

Lol, they lost 0 last year because of their kicker and they can easily sign a kicker because teams with 2 kickers will be forced to cut some kickers that are kicking well. It is simple math.

Problem is, he doesn’t kickoff and wants to be paid. Anger also does not kickoff

Another issue with Gould is that he would like to be near Chicago (where he and his family live in the offseason). He is probably waiting a little longer to see if something comes up close to where he lives. If not, we may be able to get him closer to training camp.
