i'll enjoy this eagles win and sweeping them because i really hate the eagles
but unless we play sound football we won't beat any team other than washington and thats a big maybe

If somehow Dallas could get get just average OL play they could win both games but the awful display that we've seen isn't going to cut it.
Combined with the recent slump the defense has been in every since the Atlanta game and Dallas will be hard pressed to pull both of them out.
If the defense doesn't fix itself, they're going to get blasted against New Orleans and RG3 will eat them alive again, nullifying anything that might happen over the next two weeks.
Every week is gut check at this point. Time for the OL to sack up and quit making Romo run for his life. Time for the defense to quit letting these free running WRs get deep on them.
Secondary and OL have been ugly spots over the last few weeks. Secondary for the last couple games not looking much better than this time last year. 2nd verse starting to sound like the first. Time to change that tune.

Romo will constantly be under pressure from the right side and it will probably get progressively worse once they start stunting and bringing more than 3/4 on blitzes.
on the other side, McCray is an enormous liability in the secondary. AJ Green will have to be the main focus and that could open up opportunities for Gresham and their 2WR and 3WR.
i think we'll have to outscore both teams to win, but that all hinges on the running game (Murray's health) and the o-line (Doug Free mainly)
Agreed. Running the table is extremely unlikely from a statistical perspective: 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 = 1/16.BrAinPaiNt;4874538 said:I don't know if we beat both, one or neither... I just don't see us running the table.

Thers is a thread close to this one that says "Newman" That is the key to beating Cincy.Zman5;4875191 said:Cincy.. No but Pitt yes.
Line up Dez on Newman's side and go at him every other play. Newman can't cover Dez or tackle Dez.dallasdave;4875812 said:Thers is a thread close to this one that says "Newman" That is the key to beating Cincy.
Muhast;4874435 said:Cincy? Yes, Pitt? Possibly. Philly and KC played Pitt down to the wire. There is no reason we can't.
We are so inconsistant I can't conclusively say we will or won't beat either.

Yes, they can. Can and will are very different things.TXCowboyVol;4874424 said:that we can beat Cincy AND Pitts?? Or either of them, for that matter??
