Do we think Kiffin keeps his job? If not, who replaces him?

I'm just curious what everyones opinion on Kiffin's future with this team is.

So does he keep his job?

Is this contingent on a playoff win, or is there simply no redeeming him after this seasons poor defensive performance?

Who replaces him and do you think this team stays loyal to the tampa 2, or simply to the 4-3?

If they keep Kiffin around, it would be one of the dumbest football decisions Jerry has ever made. In one season the Kiffin led defense has set all kinds of records for their bad play. If Jerry decides to keep Garrett, I think Kiffin will be given the chance to retire on his own terms before they fire him. I have no problems with the 4-3, but a more modern version of it that fits the player's talent is needed. I think it all boils down to what team wins the game next week. If the Cowboys lose, I expect all the coaches to be fired. I would like to see the special teams coach hang around no matter what happens. The rest can leave for all I care.

Rex probably gets one more year, D looked good most of the year. Willie Beman is still learning.

Seems like Rex told his team he was likely to be fired. Remember, they have a new GM there and they usually bring in their own guy.

Why would Rex come here after we canned his brother last year and then brought in a worse DC?

My Grandmother could coach a better 4-3 defense and we wouldn't get rundown in the 2nd half. And she would be standing on the sidelines with the players, not up in a rocking chair in the press box.

I think Rex goes to Houston as long as they don't hire a defensive guy as HC. They actually allow the head coach to pick the assistants.

This is assuming Rex is fired.

Someone was mentioning on this board that Shanny supposedly wants that job.
