Can yu believe that crap. BOTH coordinators coming back along with the head coach? Did the team just over-perform or under-perform? This is true insanity. What is Cowboys Managment thinking?

Man, this response is almost worse than the game results and speaks volumes to what our owner/GM thinks and wants.

Money is the issue here and firing these coaches under contract would just be more money to spend for Jerry.

Hes got a Billion dollar stadium to get finished and needs every penny possible.

Paying dead money to coaches plus a new staff would hurt his pockets at this point in time.

I am fine with Garrett staying another year, assuming Wade is the coach. Stewart should be upgraded/replaced IMO. Can he coach ST?

No, I just understand that you don't can coaches because they have one bad season. We got hit hard by injuries and it was too much for us to overcome. That's it. Jerry is right that the team needs continuity. You can't expect to change systems every 2 years and see any sort of success. Fans just want someone to blame.

Jerry saw flashes of greatness on the Defense this year when Wade took over the playcalling. Get rid of Wade, then the Defense will go back to sucking.

If you get rid of Wade, Garrett has been promised the head coaching job when Wade goes. But Garrett has not earned this position this year. Had the O been great this year, Wade would have already been fired and Garrett would be the new coach, but since it was the O that stunk, how can you promote the guy who was responsible, and fire the guy who made the D play much better than they have in years past?

Jerry's stuck. And he, and the fans are going to have to pay the price for one more year.

I have faith that any moment now Jerra and Wade will come out laughing in a press conference and say it was all a joke and Wade will be named second VP of football operations and Cowher is flying in.

Why do we want them back? The HC has lost the team. The Offensive Coordinator is being out coached week after week; opposing teams have figured out our system.

Defensive Coordinator is a joke and has been since training camp. He is nothing more than a position coach.

Excuses.... Giants lost Umenyiora and Burress yet they are still Rolling. Patriots lost Tom Brady(a HOF QB) for Christ sakes yet they finished 11-5. Wade staying is fine. But Garrett and Stewart staying is laughable.. Garrett is in over his head running a offense. Teams have figured him out. Stewart just collects a paycheck i mean what the hell does he do???? We all know Wade took over the defense.
