I dont think MM deserves to be fired nor do I think he will be. But I do think Payton has the caché to tell Jerry & Co to pound salt whenever they try to get in the mix just like Parcells & Jimmy did and that’s what this franchise needs.

This mess belongs to Jerry Jones. He over-paid for Dak and Zeke, who haven’t done all that much to live up to their contracts; he refuses to hire a coach who won’t be deferential to him, even if it is necessary for the future of the team.
Jerry constantly over estimates the talent and relentlessly works to keep the Cowboys relevant even though they haven’t been for 26-years. There needs to be wholesale changes if the Cowboys ever want to be one of the top teams in the NFL…so much talent, but poorly developed and coached.

MM gets another year. KM needs to go. Quinn likely takes a HC position— but maybe JJ can sweet talk him (pay him big $$$) to stay on one more year and relieve MM if he can’t get it done next year.

Biggest issue is on offense. They need someone to bring some scheme innovation and help Dak take the next step, and get some talent at WR

Clock management was bad, penalties cropped up again, gameplan was suspect….

But the team played hard for 4 quarters with composure, something that couldn’t be said for last year’s game. McCarthy had Dallas in a mentality to win the game; the gaffes that lost it weren’t on him

No we need to fire Moore first and foremost. Dude just is not an NFL Level OC. Unfortunately we are stuck with Dak unless we find a jewel in the Draft or find the money to bring a quality back up QB that could make Dak fight for his job. Dak is too comfortable thinking he is the franchise QB.

I replace Moore at OC. Redo zekes contract to much lower, sign pollard, cut gallup. Don't resign Schultz, draft a QB, I might even trade 2024 #1 to move up. Resign TY, and maybe make Dak a June 1 cut if we can afford it. Focus on this defense. It is that good.
