We've got two QBs but I'll bite... who is it?
"Not in Romo's league" is based on a lot of assumptions about Romo being able to indefinitely replicate what he did in 2014 in spite of his age and injury issues.
It's a remarkably easy and realistic assumption to make.
I'd say you're half right, anyway.
How many QBs had elite seasons at 36+ after multiple major injuries requiring multiple surgeries?
Rich Gannon? It's the only one I can think of off the top of my head.I'd say you're half right, anyway.

Maybe Bradshaw and Elway as well? Also Peyton Manning.
Romo (2014 including playoffs) and Manning (2013) that I can think of.I'd say you're half right, anyway.

How many elite QBs were still elite, got hurt, fully healed, then came back and weren't still elite?
IgnoredIt's a stretch from last year, from Alex Smith.
He actually had 9 consecutive games without an INT (but they lost the first 3).
I think Dak (right now) compares very much to Alex Smith - obviously, with a much better line and skill people.
I don't think that's a bad thing at all, as I think Alex Smith is a very capable QB. However, he is not in Romo's league.
Alex Smith has eclipsed 9.0 yards per attempt 5 times over the last 51 games he has played.
Dak Prescott has eclipsed 9.0 yards per attempt 4 times in the first 6 games of his career.
Considering Smith is a 12 year vet and former first overall pick in the draft that is complimentary comparison with Dak only a half dozen games into his career. Tells me Dak's ceiling is much much higher than Smith's.I think Dak (right now) compares very much to Alex Smith
