Cowboys trade 2/50 and 4/116 and 4/137 to Seattle for....

3/76 and Earl Thomas?

That leaves us w/ 2 3rds....Then we go TE and WR

Comments?;)
Nope, wouldn't trade anythig above a 6th for a 30 year old player with 1 year left on his contract!

How bout we draft a wr and te in the 2nd/3rd round, and wait until Thomas is a free agent next season.

I'm hoping we can get ET with our 3rd (and maybe have to throw in a 5th).

To come out of this draft with Vander Esch, Courtland Sutton and Earl Thomas would be amazing.
I love Sutton but would want a LG before receiver. If not go DT....a big boy to play 1 tech and help blockers stay away from Leighton. Would much prefer to give Seattle a 4th this season and 4th next season. Then go receiver in the 3rd like St. Brown or Washington.

Leighton, DT, St. Brown, Earl looks much better

I wouldn't make the trade.....i said it in another post....Seattle will have no choice but to trade him by the deadline...we can get him there and have the extension ready at that point. Trading for him now...we lose our 2nd and any potential new player that will give us maybe 5-8 years of football.

Their is no need to give them anything he will be a Free Agent next year. He will be traded anyways mid season for a 4th.......maybe even a 5th. Seattle is trying to trade him based on his past!!!!!!!!! And Earl knows he has to get people interested so he can get his new contract. Think about it...if we trade a 2nd Round Pick for him..he and his agent are going to know they have Dallas right where they want them....willig to pay his asking price. That what gets us in trouble. Guys.....think about it!!!

There is a very good chance he just wants to get paid

Seattle will release him next year

I've said throughout that I'm giving my 4th for a 1 year rental or the 3rd if he agrees to a reasonable 3-4 year deal
I already posted this...ET want 11 mil a year 4 year 44-50 mil

You have a better negotiating position if you own his rights. I'm not worried about Offensive as long as Zeke and T. Smith are on the field. Dak has enough talent considering that all he needs to do is keep the bus moving.

NO thanks. I think if the trade was done before the first round pick, maybe. We'd have time to adjust, I don't like using our first 2 picks on safety and linebacker and having to wait until the 3rd for 4th for a receiver.

WR talent not elite in this draft. 39 picks only 2 WR drafted. Thomas with the 2nd, Gallop or Washington in the third.

Earl Thomas would fix the biggest need on this team by a MILE. Jeff Heath should be bagging groceries at Trader Joes not playing safety in the national football league.

This D would go from average to very good overnight with the addition of Vander Esch and Earl Thomas. Very fast, big, and tough D

The curtain is still up in the war room (blocking the camera). Considering that they haven't traded up yet, that tells me that there is a strong likelihood that we are looking at Earl Thomas... I may be wrong, but we'll see.

Unfortunately it wont happen. Elway jumped us by taking Sutton.

Totally wrong, lol. Still like the Williams and Gallop picks.
