Funny story about my Cousin's husband. We are all gathered around on Thanksgiving a couple of years watching a Cowboys game. They showed someone in the crowd with the sign "D" and the with a paper fence. Everybody who knows football knows that is the sign for Defense. But it's safe to say that he didn't because he was like "Oh Dallas Fence" Because Dallas started with a D so I guess that he what he thought that the "D" stood for.

Me and the rest of the family members who are mostly Cowboys fans cracked up at that one.

My GF loved Marion Barber, so a couple a years ago we were watching the game and Harris had a good punt return....she was yelling and screaming " that's my Barber!" I said "What?!?!" she said "My Barber! I cant believe they made him change his number to 17!! " ...... LOL I just let it go, I finally broke it to her after the game that he was no longer a Cowboy.

Funny u mentioned barber... my brother declared himself a cowboy fan like last season and was asking me where he could find a barber jersey...

The ShopRite in NJ was crawling with Cowboys jerseys and sweatshirts on Saturday. Smh.

I avoid them due to fair weatherness and the fear of getting stuck in a meathead conversation.

Must of been a lot of Cowboys gear under the tree this year.

I live here in Charlotte, NC. I was at the mall this past weekend and walked into a sports boutique, the guy told me they are selling more Cowboys gear than actual Panthers gear.

My friends are all pretty knowledgeable dudes.

But when I run into Cowboys fans randomly when I'm out and about here in SoCal, I run into the most clueless fans.

Saw a guy with a Dallas hat at the gym before this past week-end, and I said, "We gonna win this Sunday?"

He goes, "Yeah I hope so man. We're playing Carolina right?"

And I don't know why, but every Dallas fan I run into IRL seems to be Anti-Romo. This is why I just stick to this forum for Cowboys related discussion.

Haha yep. A lot of clueless Dallas fans I run into are like, "Man, once we get rid of Romo we'll be fine." They probably know now that our O-line is a strength since they mention on TV every chance they get. But they probably didn't know that O-line used to be a huge weakness and that we've been addressing it the past few years. They probably assume we have an elite secondary since we traded up to get Claiborne. And they probably think we still have Ware.
