Do you really think the Cowboys can win a Super Bowl?

Not really, is some tiny hope in the back of my head that still believes, maybe to enjoy the game, or the history of some teams like 2017 Giants (who cought lightning in a bottle) that keeps me going.

But in all honesty, with a logical approach, I know they have no chance nor this year or in the future, until the Jonses are long gone by some reason (I'll probably be gone too so, no use...)
What’s even worse is they answer off season questions smugly, as if they have some sort of proven success method.

Set aside your blue star, resist your urge to defend anything Cowboys (gonna be tough for some folks), and ask yourself this question honestly.

Does this look like a championship team to you? Do you have confidence the front-office-for-life can deliver one? If so, other than you want them to, why?

I've been open about it. I expect to die before the Jones Family Fantasy Football front office outsmarts the rest of the NFL. If you disagree, please tell me why. Other than blue-star-love, give me a reason to believe.
Sure they can. Just look at the Rams.

I’d like to think anything is possible and never say never but based on what we’ve seen this era under our current dysfunctional leadership, I’d say it’s unlikely.

#1 reason is it’s not a priority or they’d do things differently.

Exactly!!!

Jerry wants to win, I dont question that, but Jerry wants to win as long as he is the one that gets the credit. That is why he sent Jimmy packing, he couldnt stand that Jimmy was getting all the credit for winning the SBs and not him. That is why he said "any one of 500 coaches could have won the SB with the talent I collected".

The cold reality of the situation is that Jerry would rather be in charge and lose than be second fiddle to a HC that gets all the credit for winning. That is why Sean Payton is such a wet dream on this board, no way in hell would Jerry go get somebody like that that the media would credit for turning the team around. Jerry wants a yes man that knows his place, like Garrett or Fat Mike.

At the moment no. But who does look like one? Not very man dominate teams right now. That's why I have faith.

I faith we will turn it around. First and foremost is being focused, players and coaches. Stop with the stupid penalties. They are momentum/drive killers! Stop running wrong routes. Take care of the ball.

Moore has got to stick with the run. Pollard has surprised me. I still don't think he can be a 17 game starting back like Zeke, but when Zeke comes back he needs to have the same about of touches as he's been getting when Zeke was resting. Run more RPO's and bootlegs. That's what got Dak the starting job. But I don't believe his ankle is 100 percent and I don't think it will ever be. Not very many players come back from a compound fracture in one of the legs. But, if he is 100 percent we need to get back to that 2016 style of offense.

If we can get a wild card game, and if Rodgers and Brady are out of the playoffs, I think we have the talent to be a championship team if we become a focused team.

The problems we have are having a fixable. We're 6-3 and those 3 loses were winnable. We didn't get blown out, it was our lack of focus that led to those loses.

Not with this coaching.
Coaching becomes EXTREMELY important in the playoffs.
And I expect even if we get there, coaching is going to let us down someway, somehow.

Speaking of this front office, this guy pretty much sums up what I think about them and winning a SB. Start at the 6 minute mark.

Maybe one day but I think that day is so far off not a single coach or player that is playing now will be part of that team.

I don’t think Dak can win one unless he was still getting paid like a rookie. Too many holes in the team with him making franchise qb money.

Same answer I've had for many years. When we stop the obsession w/ CBs and WRs and build a D that can stop the run and disrupt the opposing QB, then and only then will we be capable of super bowl contention. No matter how much we need a skill player, or no matter whether he's BPA or whatever, as long as we focus on the skill players and fill the trenches w/ JAGs, we will fail in the playoffs.
