Do you think Dak is hiding from the Eagles game?

If Dak were to come back for the Eagles game, the narrative is going to be that he is rushing back because he is "afraid" that Cooper Rush is going to take his job,

If he is unable to play, then the narrative will be that he is "scared" to play the Eagles. So the Dak critics are going to use a narrative against him no matter what happens.

you’ve finally cracked the code my boy.

Or that the organization is hiding him to give him a softer landing spot versus the Lions at home the following week?

Having to come back at Philly when your replacement hasn’t lost in a month is a tough predicament.
Why would Dak hide? If he plays bad what’s going to happen? He’s under contract. Can’t get traded…..

I definitely think that once Rush loses, Dak's finger will be all healed up

You know what’s great?

The nervous energy from the Anti-Dak Cult Members right now.

Our defense is built to win BIG with even a decent offense and a decent QB.

Even the most brain-dead Anti-Dakker says Dak is “average”. NFL players, coaches and execs had him in their top 10, but the cult members somehow know better.

Let’s go with “Dak is an average starting QB” for argument’s sake.

Okay... then that still means he’s good enough to win BIG with this defense.

That’s the real reason why they’re TERRIFIED of what might happen when Dak comes back.

“NOOOO, PLEAAASE keep Cooper Rush in, even when Dak is 100% healthy!!!”
:lmao2:

Its almost as if you can feel them starting to panic. Getting in those last few digs before he returns. You know they were hoping beyond hope that Dak would come back vs the Eagles and lose so they could spin their agenda. :yourock:

Agree. No way Prescott plays against the Eagles. The game has the feel of the Steelers game from 2016 - when Zeke ran the show and the defense forced multiple turnovers allowing Prescott to drive the bus including a strong screening game to jazz up his individual stats. Had the Cowboys lost, then I think Romo would have come back in for the following game.

Given a loaded roster finished one and done in the play offs with Prescott as QB - the Steelers win had awful ramifications over the next 6 years (one play off win).

Given the Cowboys have gimme wins over the Lions and Bears to follow the Eagles, this could well turn out to be the biggest game of his (Rush) career.

If the Cowboys beat the Eagles then I think Prescott is finally done in Dallas thank goodness.

I guess you can dream. :lmao::lmao::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Dak's injury, steady play of Rush and Dak's borderline mediocrity may make Dak feel a little pressured and a little insecure.

The wording is a bit harsh, but I don't think it would be smart to put Dak out there vs the Eagles his first game back with limited practice. Actually, if he's not practicing fully Tuesday thru Friday he doesn't need to play vs any team.

Fwiw this was the game I had circled for his return following a report a few weeks back about his quick recovery

I've seen those who have tried to accuse Dak supporters of wanting the team to lose with Cooper Rush to make Dak look good. Yet these same fans don't see the same logic the other way, when they make these "What if Dak comes back and stinks or loses" scenarios If some are waiting for Dak to lose and play badly so they can push the "Cooper Rush is better." narrative, does that mean that they like one player over the team, like they have accused Dak fans of loving Dak better than the team? .
