You simply can't compare the 90's teams to teams of today, those teams had some of the best players to ever wear a cowboy uniform, as well as having far superior coaching. Also there was no free agency as we know it today. It goes back to the coaching, coaching along with ownership are the one constant, and the ownership isn't going anywhere.

I can compare the attitudes of the players though. And someone asked if the team cares to win, and I said yes, but there is a difference. The 90's team from hearing interviews with the players, it was a collection of players who had the same goal, and that goal was to win championships, and they would say they could tell that other players in the room where focused on the same goal. And that's is the difference, people here care about winning games, back then players were focused about winning championships.

Coaching creates culture.

Don't luke the culture, look at the coach.

Jerry's problem is he wants credit so he won't hire a strong coach. At least up to this point. The hope is he gets desperate enough to hire another Parcells type at least.

Really?!? Some here think there is no pride on this team? That they happy being rich laughing stocks of the NFL? Maybe, just maybe, given the right coaching staff and leadership this team could and would do everything this fan base expects.
