When the offense is on the same page and executes, they are as good as the Saints O (IMO).

The defense had a slighty off day Sunday. They'd been playing MUCH better than what they did Sunday.

I think the defense though has been the more consistant squad this year (though ST has been MOST consistant). As the offense goes, so goes thsi team.

The defense played oustanding besides maybe two or three plays. But thats part of the problem, is that you never see a complete 60-minute game from them.

they allowed more points Sunday that the previous 3 games combined, a little off, but still good enough to win.

But *THAT* is the frustrating part: 2 or 3 plays go differently (offense or defense) and....

Can Dallas beat New Orleans? Yes they could very well beat the Saints.

I think the biggest variable will be which Dallas team shows up for the game.

I also think it will depend on which New Orleans team shows up for the game as well.Will the Saints team that played New England show up? Or will the Saints team that has looked very beatable show up?


But before spending any time thinking about New Orleans I would hope that they can get past San Diego first and foremost.
