Do you trust this team?

I trust them to break my heart again if I let them, the way they have about 15 times.

Really? This hasn't been 3 or 4 years of disappointment. This has been a 30 year train wreck. "Bandwagon" does not fit here.
Winning the division just 2 years ago is a train wreck?

I don't believe we have built a SB team, that disappointed us.

What is disappointing, is we have not built a SB team in 30 years.

Trust what?

I trust they'll beat up on cupcakes

I trust everyone in here will be growling, and growling, louder and louder with every cupcake they beat. (Not that I'm saying it isn't a skill to consistently beat very bad teams, because it is!)

And I trust they'll do exactly what I predicted 2 weeks ago ago: beat enough cupcakes to rack up a decent record, maybe even get some breaks and get a win or 2 against above average teams.. make it in as a wildcard, possibly go to the divisional round, and then fall flat as a pancake and lose again.

For whatever reason, I think most people in here will consider that success, and envision it leading to something bigger next year, despite the same pattern repeating itself for 30 years. Next year, with a tougher schedule, they'll miss the playoffs entirely

So whether that's considered a good forecast, or a bad forecast, is up to the individual person. But that's what I trust will happen. Groundhog Day.

I trust the offense, but I also expect them to have an occasional clunker like most teams.

I do not trust this defense in any way other than their effort. I enter every game expecting them to lose the game for us. Sadly, I don’t think they have enough talent to improve much, which is why I do not see this team going to the playoffs. Next year the draft and free agency must be very heavy on defense, so we better decide to commit to Eberflus or to move on very early in the offseason.

With the defense as is no. Dak has been great, will say I have never been a hardcore critic, but did say he wasn't worthy of being the highest paid player. This year so far, he's done everything you can ask for, his blocking and without Lamb hasn't been great, but he's getting the ball out so quick.
