Not only have Dallas Cowboys scouts and coaches worked with him at the Senior Bowl, but players like La’el Collins and Tyron Smith have hung out with him in their free time.

He is someone I hope we get later if we do not get LVE, Evans or R. Smith.

Payne has ONE good tape out there ( bowl game ) according to the Broaddus. As he put it, the rest of his tape show average player. Other words, last game of the season, national TV, time to show what you got. Bottom line, I don't trust him .....pass. In fact, gun-to-head from OP list of DL, I'll take Taven Bryant before him.
