The team currently has 20-30 million in cap space. I’m not sure what this comment means. If you work for a company, then the budgets for salary would be better if you took a pay cut and allowed management to hire more quality workers

Ya, if they spent that money it wouldn't be on offense as they are already and have been top 5 paid since 2020. That money that saved is bc we haven't put hardly any money into defense that us paid at the other end of league salary cap. Saving would go to defense and if Dak wants something to improve on offense he would need to take less. Doesn't make him better or change anything you said, just pointing out the obvious.

You'd have to be a complete idiot not to maximize your payday.
