What is wrong with you people?

1. Prescott isn't the 'laughingstock of the league'. If you really think that, you're delusional.
2. There was no 'greed and ego'. Dak's contract, setting a new bar because he happened to be the franchise QB that signed an extension when he did, is standard SOP in the NFL. It always amazes me when people talk about intangibles that they have zero knowledge of unless they're a player's agent or maybe a family member. You don't know Dak Prescott. You have zero idea what his state of mind is....ever.
3. Burrow, Allen, and Lawrence make $5MM/year less than Dak. Peanuts in the NFL.
4. Why don't you and everyone that liked your dumb post go into work tomorrow and tell your employer that you'd like to take a pay cut so that they can hire more talent to make the company better. Until you do that, stop counting other people's money.
5. Dak's guaranteed money is less than Allen and Watson. There's more to a contract than annual money.
6. Find another team to support and stop whining like a little bbbaby. We won't miss you.

12. Dak has restructured his contract to free up cap space. He's obviously concerned with making sure his team has flexibility, but players deserve their money. It's a job. They get paid. Get over yourself.
13. Speaking of Brady, the market for an old QB - even the GOAT - isn't the same as a QB in their prime. He could probably have made more than his TB deal, but not much more. Rodgers just signed for <$20mm/year IF he makes all of his incentive money. He's a HoF QB and 22 starting QBs on other teams make more than he does. He signed a record-breaking deal in 2018. Despite the contract 'hurting the team' (using your viewpoint), he still lead teams to the NFCCG twice while he was on that deal.
14. It's NFL football. It's an entertainment product. While I don't think they are, it wouldn't surprise me if some games are decided by officials intentionally. Are you not entertained by the Cowboys? If not, you can always follow the WNBA and join the other 3 people that watch it, 6 when CC plays.

And Dak being the "laughingstock" is really funny...if anything, he's the envy of the league. Which of the NFL players' goals doesn't include maximizing their paychecks for them and their families??? Yes, they want to win, but they also definitely want to make as much money as possible.....

But, I digress, I have a meeting with my boss in a few minutes, and I'm opening the conversation with, "Hey, I was just thinking, we need more talent here in the office. And instead of you or the company earning less money after record profits the last 5 years, I have decided to take a pay cut myself, so we can bring in more talented resources." :rolleyes:
