Besides arm strength, accuracy, touch, pocket presence, footwork, reading the field and making anticipatory throws, I can't think of a thing Dalton does better.

Ha ha haHe prays better so Hail Mary's might get answered more often.
The second letter is a J. Yes I am a Cowboys fan, since the very first day they came into the league.

Any sound you hear is in your head. I was responding to those who seem to want to blame the center for the fumble by claiming the center snapped it before he was ready. The ball came up to Dalton's hands and everybody else on the offense fired out. I put the blame squarely on Dalton.. I merely offered an explanation as to why a guy who has been in the league 10 years might botch such a basic act.You sound like little kid trying to make up excuses why the last jellybean was taken. This is Dalton's TENTH season. He started his first NINE seasons and if he forgets what defensive players look like after that then he no longer belongs in the NFL. Again he called the snap count in the huddle and if he forgets that between walking from the huddle to the line of scrimmage that also shows he no longer belongs in the NFL. Why don't you say he also had nightmares about zombies the night before and so he didn't get enough sleep while you're at it.

That's not how it looked to me at all. Dalton is reading the line of scrimmage and saying 80 or something similar the ball is snapped and then he says set hut. The rest of the line didn't move until the center started moving forward. The play is at about the one minute point of this video. That's funny since he called the snap count and when it was snapped everyone else on offense started to do what they were to do for that play. I'd be more inclined to believe that if Dalton hasn't already led the league twice for most fumbles by QB in a season. He's done that same exact thing to many times to say he wasn't ready for it.

it has been mentioned that the offense will have to be tweaked to some degree now, like fewer if any RPO's, etc. With that, if certain plays are being pulled out, is there an opportunity to put more plays in that are Dalton's bread and butter? If so, what are they? What are his strenghts that can be played to? West Coast stuff?
Yet Dak has a much higher completion percentage and higher yards per attempt.
Stats/facts are irrelevant to this bunch. What do you think is a fair way to look at accuracy? Are picks not relevant? Are completion percentages not relevant?

Stats/facts are irrelevant to this bunch.
THEM: He's more accurate than Dak.
RESPONSE: Um, but Dak's completion percentage is better.
THEM: That's just because he dinks and dunks and throws short easy passes.
RESPONSE: But his yards per attempt is higher. How is he getting more yards while also throwing short? Are you saying he has a knack for throwing passes that set guys up to run after the catch, and that's why his yardage is better even though you're claiming he's throws shorter?
THEM: No, Dak is literally incapable of throwing a pass that doesn't stop the receiver's momentum because they have to adjust for it. Fun fact: the team has zero YAC with Dak. Shocking, but true.
RESPONSE: That isn't true. Wait, is it bad to throw a pass a receiver has to kill their momentum to adjust for? Because there's a sticky mess in your pants thanks to that play where Lamb had stop and lunge back at the ball Dalton threw behind him.
THEM: The sticky mess happened on a different play, not that play. Also: the footage of that play belongs in Canton. There's nothing wrong with Dalton making his receivers adjust. It's fine.
RESPONSE: Okay, I think I understand. So you're saying Dak throws shorter passes for more yards, but he's also bad at setting guys up for YAC because he's so inaccurate. I don't think the math on that adds up. Or are you just saying Dak is just so good at the long passes that they boost his stats and--
THEM: Let me stop you right there. No, he's not good at long passes. He's not good at anything. That deep ball to Gallup that Dalton hit? Dalton is better at that too. Dak could never do that. Dak. Could. Never.
RESPONSE: Um, but isn't that pretty much the main thing Dak does with Gallup? Isn't that why Gallup has such a high average per catch, because Dak's been hitting him on long passes routinely?
THEM: No, Dak can't throw deep or work the sidelines like that. That takes accuracy and touch. So that never happens with Dak. Look, the sticky mess left in my pants from that Dalton-to-Gallup throw doesn't lie. Dak has no ability to throw long passes down the sideline to Gallup. This is an utterly new dynamic for our offense that it didn't have with Dak at QB.
Me too...have not missed a game. Been to 12 games at TX Stadium. Drove there from Albuquerque, NM
J = jolly

I find it much easier to say that I hate Dak being the QB in Dallas and I don’t care what kind of stats he puts up. Why argue when it is much easier to tell the truth?Stats/facts are irrelevant to this bunch.

What are you talking about Dalton leading the NFL for fumbles? Dalton rarely ever fumbles the ball. He's normally has one of the least fumbles by a QB
I missed a couple when I was over seas in the military but almost all of their games were on the military's sports network it was just that they came on at like 3:00am. I've been to I don't know how many games at Texas Stadium, most were in a box that my best friends dad had on the 45 yard line.
