I think a ton of credit should go to his O-line opening holes big enough for Jerry Reed to drive through....Having said that...he knows what to do with that.

He has great footwork, balance, speed, vision and awareness.

We have the kind of O-line to open up those same holes...he will be a pleasure to watch this year.

He's not the freakish talent that AP, Gurley or Fournette are. he won't have those flashes of "what did I just witness?" but he's very good at pretty much everything and extremely consistent. Probably why he reminds some of Emmitt.

Guys like Emmitt and Curtis Martin didn't have the most impressive highlights like Barry Sanders, but on a play in play out basis they were probably the more consistent players.

Will this work?

CANNOT wait for the regular season to start so we can see this RB behind our O-line.

This dude sees the opening and then BAM. Very nice vision+burst. Exactly what we need.

The days of 3 and 1 and everyone knows Romo is gonna pass is over.

Agreed, and when Romo actually DOES pass on 3rd and 1, it's going a long ways dude and he's going to have time for a cup of tea back there while he waits for it to open.

I am most impressed with how low to the ground he runs for a 6 footer. He runs hard low and compact. That's why he hardly ever fumbles, and why he hardly ever gets pounded and why he is such a North-South runner. He is not going to give you Peterson jukes, but he is fundamentally as solid as I've ever seen at 21 years old.

Agree. Looks/runs like he's 5' 9"- a good thing.
