that we have a #1 receiver. He had 7 catches for 118 yrds and 2 TDS and has been very good this year i think top 5 in yards.

If Glenn stays consistent and healthy.....he'll be in the pro bowl. #2 Wrs don't make the probowl.

I doubt it. He will have to do on a more consistent basis to impress Irvin.

Consistant basis??? He came into the game averaging 100 yards per game! How much more consistant does he need to be?!?

They were calling TG a #1 today. I think it was JB during OT on Fox after the game?

He is a legit #1 here in Dallas. I wish Michael would just zip his mouth. Do your thing on ESPN and stop taking your shots at the Boys. Just lettem play already.

Anyone else catch the comments from Jimmy Johnson after the game? He emphasized Glenn was the #1 receiver. He's right, and we all underestimate how much that injury hurt us last year.

Michael said last week that if Glenn kept up his performance that he'd be the team's #1.

Personally, I'm not hung up on who's #1, 2, 3 when your receiving corp walks away with numbers like this...

REC YDS TD LG
T. Glenn 7 118 2 38
J. Witten 7 80 0 19
K. Johnson 6 47 0 11
P. Crayton 2 30 0 19
L. Polite 1 12 1 12
T. Thompson 1 2 0 2 -at least he caught it :)

If Glenn can do what he did today consistently....

Did you see him ever so slightly push off on a cut to the outside?

And on the second TD, he put his jets in nuetral for just a second...just enough to give him some room to explode on the ball. He allowed himself to get top to the ball and slowed the coverage down.

Very nice veteran tricks.

With all the weapons in the aresenal...no one receiver will super ungodly stats.

You would almost think if u knew nothing of football that Michael played his entire career in Philly rather than Dallas on how much love he shows them especially Owens. Still i doubt he'll recognize he was wrong about our WR

Has anyone ever stopped and thought about this; maybe Michael is trying to motivate the Dallas WR's? Even Michael knows that Terry Glenn and Keyshawn have been top receivers before. Maybe he is trying, in a fair and unbiased way, to make Glenn and Johnson prove him wrong?

Who here thinks we really need to get Price playing w/ this offense? I say sit Thomas and play Price a little bit. Even if he gets 10 plays a game.

The guy needs to be getting some touches I think.

Saying that - DID YOU SEE THE CATCH BY CRAYTON ?? He snagged that ball w/ the softest hands ive ever seen. One handed!! I love that guy. Give it up for his punt returns to. He was flat out getting it done.

Who cares what Michael is saying. Maybe is just has more to do w/ the size of Terry. Terry just doesn't look like the prototypical #1 out there. However, at the end of the day he has #1 stats. Maybe this is a good thing. Maybe this fires up Terry. Maybe it already has.

Crayton was good returning punts today but he scares me because of how he holds on to the ball. He needs to secure it better and he can be a good returner

Hopefully Keyshawn won't get hung up on who the #1 receiver is.

Glenn had a monster season with Drew as a Rookie

Glenn is looking at a 1600 yard season at this pace....

You have a very sharp eye.

Terry is very adept at the subtle push off - remember how in the Browns game last year he not only pushed off but got the PI call on the defender?

I also think that's one area where his size works for him...I suspect the refs just don't watch him as closely as some bigger receivers.

And yeah, he makes a lot of plays by readjusting his speed. Sometimes, like last week that leads to "why did he stop" complaints. But overall his game is as much intelligence, and adjustment as it is speed and quickness..so it's a net gain even if occasionally a decision appears inexplicable from our angles of vision.

Bummer he let that sure TD bounce off his fingertips tho.

That would have been just his third ever three score game.

Btw, why was Bill going off on him on the sidelines after that nine yard reception early in the game..the one where Joe or Troy said T had signaled Drew for the ball?

That was a pretty heated dressing down and I suspected a changed play..and it was one that fell short of the first down..think we had to go for it on fourth immedialely after?
