I can't wait for that day
That is truly sad. And one of the more interesting blame-the-victim takes I've ever seen - a player who is unfortunate to have gotten injured in the past merits such hateful sentiments merely because he HAS gotten injured in the past. Talk about teleological arguments. LMAO
To wish injury on any player is a shame, but one on your own team who HAS had way more than his share of heartache is flat out evil. And wishing ill on one who has done nothing here but work his arse off to win is just bizaare.
If there is an individual in this league who DESERVES success, it is Terry
Glenn. Just the circumstances of his early life would get most folks in his corner, and in addition to how he turned his life around after so many issues in New England, AND battled thru injuries playing a much bigger man's game...for the life of me I don't see what in the Terry Glenn story ISN'T sympathetic. From a mother murdered when he was a young teen to battling alcoholism to surviving the New England disaster, he's the freaking poster boy for turning one's life around.
But oh yeah....I forgot ..his arrival "set in motion a chain reaction" that ended up usurping "AB's rightful place". LMAO
Well at least your well wishes for Terry aren't laced with profanity today, so I guess that's some subconsious hats off to his performance yesterday.
But rather than YOUR uninformed and malignant views, I prefer the comments of Dan Campbell in the DC.com yesterday after the game, and that was that Terry "never sulks, never mopes, just works, works, works".
The fact is the Dallas Cowboys have not just a talented player in Terry, but one who took a very hard route to becoming a role model.
If you can't be happy for a person and player like Terry Glenn, you're got your own issues.
He's a credit to the Dallas Cowboys.
