Simply trying to get your opinions on whether he goes free or not. Personally, I think he will walk.

I don't think he will be found not guilty, but even if he is, he will literally be arrested right then and there on the spot for the murder of those other 2 guys from 2012. So he ain't going anywhere.

I don't see how he walks. His defense was that he was there but didn't do anything. Not very strong.

I'm not all that up to speed on the case, but, boy, I hope not.
Tell you what, he killed my boy or my brother like that, he wouldn't walk very far, though. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
Whenever I hear about this case, I think about the story about the guys that were shot in the nightclub where one guy stole a necklace and his friend tried to do the right thing and return it and square up, and got shot in the parking lot for his effort. That sort of cavalier disrespect for another person...not gonna lie, it scares me a bit. It's crazy to think a high profile NFL player might have gotten away with something like that.

Even if he walks, I'd expect an entourage of people on a manhunt for him.

If I were him, I'd be safer in jail honestly at this point.

It'd be hard to imagine he could walk, but the jury is taking way longer than I thought they would have.

Wouldn't shock me if he got off.

Seems anymore that the process gets so drawn out and muddied with pointless tangents that it wouldn't surprise me if juries go into the room thinking, "why am I here again"

I wouldn't be surprised that he gets off murder but he will get several other charges that will result in significant jail time.

lol, I don't know why anyone would think jail is a safe place. safe compared to any part of the middle east controlled by ISIS, but if people wanted me dead, the last place I'd want to be is jail.

I just don't see him playing again.

He will also be in the double murder trial.

Then if he could be aquitted in both trials, the NFL still has to permit him to return, and a team has to be willing to give him a second chance.

It would be a sad commentary on our society if he were allowed to play again, given his history and what he's apparently done.

100% if he makes it through the double-murder trial :omg:

Less then Zero. Just because he (unlikely) beats the double murder doesn't mean he gets passed Judge Roger Goodell Jr. Goodell will be there to make sure he gets life without the possibility of NFL.

Doesn't matter we will still somehow someway be tied to signing him in the media

Even if he is not guilty he'll be held until the next murder trial. He'll either get 2nd degree murder or just get gun charges. No way he gets 1st degree murder.
