I don't think he will be found not guilty, but even if he is, he will literally be arrested right then and there on the spot for the murder of those other 2 guys from 2012. So he ain't going anywhere.

Very true.

“At least on paper, Suffolk County looks like it has the stronger case,” said Brad Bailey, a criminal defense
attorney who is not involved in the Hernandez cases. “There’s no question that Aaron Hernandez is in a situation where he could be going from the frying pan to the fire.”

Hernandez, charged with the 2012 murders of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in Suffolk County, is waiting for a verdict in Bristol County, where he is charged with the 2013 murder of Odin L. Lloyd.

This subject hits close to home for me. I had a daughter that was murdered last October. I know who the murderer is, the law knows, but putting the case together to prove it is hard to do. I have doubts that their will ever be justice served for my child. I only hope the parents in this case sees justice for their son. Knowing the things I know and having to live with her murderer of my daughter going free at some point , make me sick in s way that I can't describe. I hope other parents don't have to go through this.

in the end you might have to take care of it yourself. Relying on our so called criminal justice system will truly drive you insane.

I wish I could, but I am raising my daughter's three young children now. Most people never consider the impact that a murder has on so many people. I would give my life to get my hands on the guy that murdered my daughter, but I would spend my life in prison. I don't have a problem with that, but these three kids would end up in foster homes and I can't live with doing that to them. Years ago, I would never have been charged if I killed my daughter's murderer. Now the laws protect the scum of society more than the victims. I didn't want to mention it , but the scum beheaded my daughter and left her head at the crime scene . He then dismembered her body and dumped it in the woods like trash. As you can imagine, I would not have a problem with any murderer getting a death sentence including Hernandez.

I just saw on Facebook that he's already murdered his cell mate, not sure if true though kind of a sketchy source...

That's a terrible, terrible thing to deal with, but you have your focus in the right place. God bless you and your family... Will keep those kids in my prayers.

What State do you live in?

I live in Mississippi. My daughter's murder was all over the state news and some national news. I appreciate everyone's kind thoughts. To say the least, this has devastated me. I am grown , so I can survive. These children are a different matter. The girls are 7&8 and my grandson is 3. They don't understand. They just want their mother. That hurts me as much as anything.
