Pretty sure Jerry is on record saying they will never play a regular season game outside the US.

Jerry is definitely on record as saying he wouldn't do it. He said it during an interview the last yr at Texas Stadium.

If so, it had better be a "road" game. Why build a billion dollar stadium just to play one less game there?

Jerry already said he didn't. He said those games should be east coast teams. Jerry likes playing in Mexico.
