He didn't say anything that was even remotely bad. I think people, mainly the media, are attempting to read into something that simply isn't there cause they don't have their usual suspect for stiring up trouble with here anymore.
I agree , Now that the most talked about players are gone from the cowboys the media doesn't know what to do with itself! So now I guess they will try to make someone else the fall guy...LOL.

It looks to me like the Media and the Fans have been YELLING for a leader.
Well Tony and T. Newman are trying to get things going. Offensively and Defensively. Why don't the fans get on board and support these guys efforts in taking their first steps towards being the "Leaders" people want. Where are they suppose to start. By keeping out of site and their mouths shut. They are at Valley ranch. Saying the right things. Interacting with each other. Lets get on board and offer a little "Fan Support".

I played against him in college?

That's so typical of the Bill Snyder KSU scheduling.

Sure, I think he wants out of Bid D. He has sense. He knows of his declining skill-set, knows of his injury problems, and knows it's only a matter of time until we, the fans, run him out of town for it all.

And don't act like that isn't the way it is. That is the way it is. We are one of the very least acceptable fanbases once a player has lost his use. And Tnew is edging that direction each season that passes.

Honestly, I'm surprised he's still as liked as he is. The guy has been a rollercoaster for a good few years now. We never know when he's going to be out on that field. On the defensive side of the ball, turning into a Terry Glenn.

I'm asking a serious question here: does he want out of Dallas? What other reason could he possibly have for dredging up the whole romo/simpson thing? As JJT reported: you just don't say that about a teammate. I've always liked TNew on and off the field but this is......:banghead: I usually don't like JJT or his inflated opinions of himself, but he's right guys, until silly, immature, moronic comments like these by Newman cease and desist this "team" will continue to be a dysfunctional mess. Sucks because it doesn't have to be that way.

It's posts like these that hurt the intelligence of the zone.

Are you JJT cousin?
