Possibly, but RBs that are slow to the hole and don't have great moves generally don't make it. Bulling your way can work in college, but if you don't have a quick start, you'll be getting hit before you ever get going way too often in the pros.
Henry has freaky good long speed. That's why the BALT scheme fits him so well, as he's often already running when Lamar pitches him the ball. Takes away the fact that he's slow to get going.
