Does Quinn Continue to influence our Drafting

I would kill to have the Georgia LB fall to 24. Imagine he and Parsons together.

gonna be hard to address offensive line and key defense positions just in one draft without affording to dabble in the free agent pool. They spent like drunken sailers and now the chickens have come home to roost.

He did last year and since he's here atleast 1 more year I would think so.

Hoping he asks for a huge DT. Maybe 2. Clog up the whole middle on run downs. A couple of 325-350 pounders that can move bodies.. Lol.

Hopefully this doesn't guarantee Kazee and Neal returning.

They are exactly the kind of talent we'll be picking up, due to the CAP issues. The CAP Denier's continually claim that we always manage.... well yes by having certain JAGS and scrubs taking a high number of downs.

At 25 in the draft the talent has leveled out, and so you need to take the best player available in a position of need: Guard, DT, LT or FS

The only person influencing this draft should be #11. He's the cornerstone, the face, and the future. Dallas needs players to make him better and to build around him. Coverage linebackers who can play in space when they move #11 to the line like Dean/Georgia and Harris/Alabama. Big defensive ends who can kick inside when #11 moves to DE like Walker/Georgia and Hall/Houston. Big space eating tackles to let #11 flow to the ball like Davis/Georgia and Jones /UConn. Give #11 the tools he needs to lead this team.
This is a fantastic post and I 100% agree.

Last year we went all defense, and we got the kind of players he wants, will he continue to have this power?? I know we need help on offense, I wonder who carries that power?????
They draft offensive this year...

We pick right around the area Jordan Davis DT UGA should go. He's 6'7 340 lbs. If we don't move up for Linderbaum , he might fall right into our laps.
Davis is over-rated. Can't draft a run stopper only type DT in the 1st.

N. Wright: “Hi coach Quinn. My name is Nashon Wright and…”

Quinn: “You had me at 6’-4” son.”

100%

I still think he was an incredible reach in the 3rd round.
Right, and they treated it like a throwaway.

They let Quinn in the room the same way they did Marinelli.

I like Quinn....its not that....but seriously they need to stop letting assistants into the draft room.

There was still Ifeatu Melifonwu on the board if they were dead set on taking a CB, as well as Baron Browning (LB), Amon St. Brown (WR), et cetera.

I just see Wright’s potential ever as a starting caliber corner.

Not to mention using a 3rd on a project is beyond stupid in the cap ERA.

You can find solid contributors there and by the time your project gets a clue.....if you're lucky that is....its time to pay them on a second deal.

All fine for round six, that is when you have plenty of excuses for missed extra points lol

we literally gave him a carte blanche last year, brought in his failed falcon FAs and drafted his kind of players. His FAs were spectacular failures and his drafting was ok.ideally FA is the way to go to get a proven run stuffer but this FA class is weak.

The Cowboys need to look at D-tackle and if there is a good one available I would take a center to anchor that O-line just like Frederick did because Biadasz gets zero push up the middle and that's killing the Cowboys run game.
