Does Romo still have Moxie or...

Mojo we once saw in him 2 years ago......

I think he does. He just lost his confidence last year in the midst of turmoil and injury. I think he'll bounce back. As futile as the offense looked against Philly, I saw him trying to rally the troops (until it was completely out of hand). That play where he lateralled to Witten and Witten completed the pass to TO could've been the catalyst for a great comeback, but it wasn't meant to be. We could do a lot worse than Romo.

I think he has something else now...malox. :p:

he needs to get serious. this isn't fun and games anymore when teams start playing tough football in December and January.

Yea the season is doomed, Clove doesn't like Romo. :lmao2:
I don't know Romo, but I do know his play. And that's what I don't like.

Seriously, I think Mr. Romo has been deflated and definitely doesn't look like he enjoys the game as much as he used to. It's all fun and games until it becomes your job every day, every down.

I hope he gets the light back. Maybe TO was that big of an influence on his attitude. Light it up Romo, we need you.

TO will get the blame no matter what. I don't think it was so much /to. /yes, could have and probably did have some effect.

I think things just caught up to him, the NFL reality set in, he didn't take it as seroius as he needed to. Things went very well his first season and a half. Thought...this is easy...but found out things catches up, people, players, teams figure things out and how to defend you.

Then again Jessica could be hiding his moxie in her daisy duke shorts....

You dont like a QB with a career passer rating of 94.7 ???

What exactly is you standard, minimuim of 100 rating???

Dam Clove, I am sorry we dont have Joe Montana in cryostatis in the back closet. We could thaw him out and see if he meets your standards.

no more moxie...Jessica drove it away

A high QB rating isn't worth much when you can't make the plays when they matter most.

Romo's numbers in December and beyond:

Att: 481
Com: 297
Yds: 3385
TDs: 16
Ints: 20 (Fumbles: 5, but these don't count for/against QBRating)
QBRating: 76.62

The good thing is, according to Spags Romo and Roy were working out together early one morning this week. And several reports have them working together a few times a week. So at least Romo's head is in the right place. And Roy is eager to be prepared as well. We'll see how it all pans out.

Even before TOs release, Babe Laufenberg was saying that TO was the reason he didn't act the same as he use to.

I don't even care if the guy has less talent, use your brain. Study harder, stop flinging it up when you're in trouble, hold on to the ball when you're sacked, I'm afraid of seeing him get sacked cause their is a high probability of a turn over and defenders know this.

Also, when it's an important, very important game, come to play. Don't get started in the 4th quarter, be ready to go and make it happen.

That's the guy I want.

End the season on a bad note and you're all of a sudden horrible.

Romo is good. Still has moxie. Deal with it.

It's not a matter of just ending a season on a bad note, it's coming up short and failing in the biggest games which determine if the team continues to play into the off-season or packs it up after 16 games.
