Does the court ruling mean we won?

It means Zeke should be available this season and the NFL will now have to justify the results of their "process" in court. :dance:

Not even the battle. Basically won the opening salvo.

Battle still to come with the trial litigation. War will be won if NFLPA wins the trial and the inevitable appeal.

True, but guess what will happen at the trial? Goodell, Friel, Henderson, and everyone else involved will have to take the stand and answer questions under oath. Can't wait!

The judge you have pictured in your avatar looks exactly how I envisioned a Fuzzy Lumpkins would look like.

That's what...
Great read, yeah? I'm about to dive into some Tom Wolfe because... why not? I just finished Great Shark Hunt (recommended) and want something lighter.

"Jabberwocky"

’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

“Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!”

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

“And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
He chortled in his joy.

’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

Now I am slogging through Finnegan's Wake. Can only handle so much of that at once and I move onto Guns, Germs, and Steel.

I am really late to this conversation, but couldn't resist putting a plug in for Guns, Germs, and Steel... good read that will make you scratch your head. If you enjoy it, try Collapse also by Jared Diamond.

Their ship is heavily damaged and a strange sequence would need to occur at sea, for them not to be sank.
