Romo, Zeke, HOF? That's some major homerism. Not close.

i would say no,.

You don't hear the word or rap of " declining" and HOF mentioned in same breathe.
and he's not been having superlative single seasons.

You don't hear " cap friendly" pay cut deals, and possible cap casualty in the mix of
HOF discussions.

And just to think , Elliott is only age 27, and should've been in the same talks of
Nick Chubb, Barkley and Henry ..

Zeke's chances at the Hall disappeared the day the Cowboys decided to become a pass first team .. His carries have dropped precipitously over the last three seasons and with it his station in the league. Not a whole lot to do about it. I applaud him for accepting his new role and really embracing it in the interest of team. However I still maintain that this team's best shot at a ring consists of riding Zeke over riding Dak. Especially now that the defense is no longer the liability it once was. If you can continue to pound teams into submission, a luxury a good defense always affords, you can win the war of attrition and pull out the explosive passing attack when you want to. Those other guys are still actually getting the ball so really no longer apples to apples in terms of their respective career arcs.
