Seems like a fair number. That was what I figured we'd have to pay him if we made a run at him.

I'm paying close attention and everything I'm reading says he and Rosenhaus are looking for over $5 million while the Dolphins won't pay him $5 million.

I think he's headed for free agency.

And then Dallas!

Dallas isn't paying a rb 6 plus mil a year.

He hasn't done anything to warrant big money but he would fit nicely with us.

I would go 4-5m a year for 3-4 years.

That's a lot of cheddar for a guy that hasn't proven much. I hope the Cowboys pass and he makes another team take the risk.

I would rather take my chances on getting Henry then pay him.

My concern with Miller is that if he is so good and is a great lead RB, why doesn't the Miami use him more in that role ? Do they just underuse him or do they know he is not capable of being the lead RB that we all want to believe he is?

He isnt really a top 5 level guy. Maybe in the lower part of the top 10. 5 million per is a solid deal and one that wont be too hard to get out of if things go sour. Behind our line he could easily perform like a top 5 back

I think DAL has 3 choices for RB

Go with DMC as the lead back
Draft a RB early
Sign a RB like LMiller or DMartin

1- DMC............2m
Turbin.............750k
Dunbar............1.5m

2- EE at 4 or Henry at 34.........6m or 1.5m
DMC.................2m
RBush..............900k

3- LMiller.............4.5m
Turbin.................750k
Rookie................500k
