Dominant Win

Good win, but it was ugly to me. The first two RBs are out for probably a month and if they keep playing them Dallas will have no RBs. They kept running zeke which I didn’t think was necessary and I don’t understand how you don’t look at him limping and take his helmet. Lamb looks like he has a ways to go too, he just doesn’t always finish routes and sometimes doesn’t even jump for the ball.

With a few mins in the 3rd Dallas could have run the clock down to the 4th qtr then continued handing off to the practice squad RB to ice the game…but they kept throwing or using Lamb in the backfield. Next thing you know Wash was within 1 td of tying it up. It’s going to be real tough going forward if they can’t run the ball.

Wash was a cakewalk game today and it seemed like Dallas was getting cocky which started some fights and La’el ejected. They could have been more professional just won the game easily and moved on, but it didn’t go that way. It ended up being a nail bitter and exposing RB injuries. Good win though Dallas did kick some tail.

Oh no, the outcome was certainly in question in the last 6 minutes, thanks to the pick 6.

Did you actually think Kyle Allen was going to score a TD after the way our D handled their OL all game? They had no answer for our front 7… The pick 6 made it “interesting” and the offense’s ineptness merely opened the door—- only long enough for the D to slam it on their fingers (again) lol

Lots of hand-wringing after this game lol…. Here is the deal:

We just spanked the “hottest team in the NFL” in their own house— after guaranteeing that we would win.

Our offense was “meh.” And we STILL dominated the WFT. The D started the game dominating— and they ended the game by slamming the door just when the WFT thought a little light was starting to break through the clouds lol…

Was it a “pretty” win? YES!! Our D flat out owned those nameless pukes and destroyed them in their own house! I love it!

For those worried about the offense— they can and will play better. For now— enjoy a dominating performance by our D! That unit is peaking at the PERFECT time for a playoff run!!

Must have been a big bomb that landed close to your fox-hole......:muttley:

It was 24-0 at the half. We scored 3 points in the second half, while they scored 20. Yeah, I had my worried moments.

I think it was a good one- a dominant 1st half. too close for comfort at the end but I’m not gonna sit here and complain about beating them in their house. Back to back road wins in hostile environments.

As much as I love 9-4, it's hard for me to see our offense as dominant without running game enough to burn the clock in 3rd and 4th qtr with a big lead. We don't have a 'closer'

We dominated and spanked them in the first half but we let them off the hook and it almost resulted in one of the most embarrassing fourth quarter collapses in franchise history. The Cowboys have no killer instinct. Once we started taking the foot off the pedal and relax they came roaring back.

I'll have a double of whatever you were drinking during the game. Yes the D was fricking strong most of the day and if the Dak Prescot lead offensive would have shown up then I could possibly agree with you, but you need a QB to lead a team to a dominate game and the Boy's QB never fricking showed up. Hell, did he even bring his game on to the plane???? No, this was not a dominate win, this was the type of win where everyone scratches their head and tries to figure out how to fix the offensive.

Remember the year we played Donavan McNab and the Eagles end of the yr then they visited what was then the Irving house off 114 for a Cowboy division winner vs Eagles wildcard winner team the very next week . Back to back wins vs the Eagles. Well Philly is 6-7 next three are Wash home and away and the Giants ….final game has Dallas visit.

The Eagles could be 9-7 needing to beat Dallas to get in the playoffs at 10-7. Wouldn’t that be thrilling to put cold water on that fire. Send them packing how to use three number one picks in April .

It didn't get them anything, but the main thing I remember about Mcnab is how awesome him and westbrook were together. Even though I didn't like the eagles and they pissed me off against the cowboys, that was a really good combo

It was dominate that turned into a close game. I'll take the win but plenty to work on - both sides of the ball. But again 4 loses this time of year? Who would of thunk it. But I wanted to beat the crap out of them and we had our chance.

Those back to back wins against Reid & McNab was sweet , especially knocking them out of the playoffs.

The Dallas D controlled the tempo and set the tone for the entire game— despite the offense’s struggles. The Dallas D dominated the WFT in their own house after the HC guaranteed that Dallas would win.

WFT had everything to play for. All the momentum. Playing at home. And they got destroyed. Yes— the Dallas offense had a poor outing— but that only serves to highlight just how dominant this defensive performance was.

We punched our division rival right in the mouth in their own house.

We won but we look like a one and done playoff team. Dak and the offense better get it together soon or it’s going to be an early postseason exit. The offense looks like it’s running on fumes.

Cowboys probably need to get by without Pollard rest of regular season and a hobbled Zeke and now Tyrones ankle is a problem .

I loved Randy Gregory’s quote after the game

“ They wanted us and they got us “ lol !!

It was fun to watch a dominant performance by our defense and they should be competitive against playoff caliber teams later on. It is always wise to keep things in proper perspective as we were playing the guys that play in the 4th qtr of pre season games on their offense . Teams lead by Rodgers and Brady at full strength in the playoffs will not be dominated on the level the Skins were today
