The player does not go into either. He has always been a controversial guy. Not all fans wanted to keep him after his Rookie contract. The last couple years have been bad.

And comparing receiving yards to other past players doesn't account for the number of games in a season.

Not agreeing is one thing. But completely ignoring facts.....it just comes across as this is some from of agenda. Don't like Dez. Fine. He sucked last year. No argument there. But let's not pretend that in his prime he was one of the best receivers in the league. It wasn't a one time fluke like Miles Austin either. He made a All Pro and multiple pro bowl's and leads the franchise in receiving touchdowns....all before the age of 30.
 
Huge Dez fan. A part of me always will be but I agree with the OP. The relationship just came to an end for a plethora of reasons and at the end of the day productivity is the bottom line. Time to move forward. I'm a fan of the Dallas Cowboys first.

I don't have any feelings for or against Dez. I have no emotional ties with things I don't control. If only other fans didn't
He had 3 great seasons and the remaining 5 were par at best.
All everyone says is that he leads the team in TDs. That's it. I don't consider that HOF or ROH. Especially after his meltdown last season. Just my opinion, if you don't like it move on please. And if you're going to be a dick and name call like your boy, I'll just not respond.
