He's had a little too much to drink during games too.

Getting a DUI....makes him lousy as a broadcaster? I didn't like him because he used to kick our a**.....and I thoughht we let him intimidate us. But I think this current team...as suspect as we have been at times on defense...does not get intimidated....is nasty...is mean....and ain't cracking jokes with the opponent after getting pasted by 30. Win or lose....this team is fun to watch. They play with passion.

Well, when both Romo and McNabb were QBing , Dallas won 5 out of 7.

McNabb's an idiot. He's always been an idiot. This doesn't change that. I don't know if he's still broadcasting or not because I wouldn't listen to him anyway, but if this causes him to be on the tv any less, then I'm all for it.

I also hate his stupid suit jackets that are cut too low and make him look like a midget.

That should be his name instead of Donavon. 2nd DUI arrest in two years. That's called a felony. Life with the peasants must be tough.

He's in Arizona, no mention of a felony on a law website:

With a second conviction of a DUI in Arizona you will receive a $900 fine ($500 + 80% surcharge) PLUS another $1,250 for your 2nd DUI Assessment and up to 90 days (30 minimum) in jail. Drivers license will be revoked for one year. You will also have to install (at your expense) a interlock ignition device in all of your vehicles.

Found it was interesting indeed. Thought he was a smart guy, but this is pretty dumb. A few details below:

McNabb, 38, told officers he had just left a sports bar and was driving to his Phoenix-area home.

A police report stated McNabb's vehicle rear-ended a car driven by the wife of a Gila River tribal police officer and McNabb appeared to be impaired.

"While Donovan spoke, I noticed a strong, fruity odor on his breath. I noticed Donovan's eyes were watery and very bloodshot and his speech was slurred," a Gilbert officer wrote in his report.

McNabb said it was cough drops he had taken because of a cold.

PS. Slow time of the year thus this non-Cowboy related posting.

It'll be interesting to see how the "but everybody does it" crowd reacts to this story because its McNabb.
