1 more day is not going to kill you. Walsh deserves this for being one of the top coaches ever to walk the sidelines.

I'm sorry the guy died, but he a punk coach and I couldnt stand him

if you ever listen to him, the guy is so full of himself it isnt even funny...

He may have had an ego but he backed it up by producing Championship just as Jimmy did.

he never won back to back titles though...his 84 team was one of the best teams ever, but the other two teams that won titles were not "elite", they were ok teams that got somewhat lucky...I really thought both Bengal teams they beat were better than them

and I still firmly believe we were better than them in 1981

Word. Showing it once should have been enough.

That 1981 team was very well coached. It was one of the most remarkable coaching jobs I have ever seen. Look the lineup of that squad. Journeyman running backs, a second year starter at QB. Dwight Clark was the best WR. Three rookies starting in the secondary. And still a 13-3 record and a Super Bowl win with a team that finished 6-10 the previous season, and 2-14 the year before that.

Well.. I recorded the 1am showing, got up this morning, and was greeted again by "In their owns words.. Bill Walsh..."

So I am recording the noon showing and there's also one last showing at 5pm today. The 7pm Inside TC showing is a different team. We better not get juked out of seeing the boys...

He won 4 SB after taking over a down and out 49ers team. No matter how anyone wants to spin it he was one of the all time greats in coaching.

actually he won 3...Seifert was HC when the 89 team won

and I never said he wasnt a good coach, but the media really made him out to be the ultimate football God and slobbered all over him just like the rest of the Niner organization...

I just said I dont like him...never have, never will
