I reviewed a lot of Ernie Sims snaps from 2012 on the All-22 from NFL.com. He was very impressive, especially considering the circumstances.

His physical talent and ability to cover the entire field is very impressive.

Still we need to back it up with a A+ draft. No drafting injured players, no 4th round busts. They need to hit Rounds 1-4 this year, period.

Every year you people freak out about rounds 4-7 and love to point out, look this guy was low round etc, yapping we reached for a guy in the sixth round, blah, blah, blah

If the team can get rounds 1-3 right, what happens after is pretty meaningless.
