Free has bone spurs. Only fix for that is surgery.

its the kind of surgery that was talked about in this thread. Very minor. He walks right out of the hospital when done.

Is it possible they had the surgery again? And they are waiting for him to heal up? I don't understand why they are keeping him on the roster if he has spurs in his ankle again and they don't see him playing. It is clear that McClain isn't going to play next week if he got another concussion again this week. They need to add another linebacker to the roster. IR Free if he isn't coming back.
