#35 is good for a LB. #23 was not.Buddy Johnson should’ve never had 23 to start with. Terrible number on a linebacker. I wish Marist Liufau would get out of 35.

I love letting the hot air out of those who think 30 years of mediocrity is just fineLook! It's Mr. No Life.....so bitter that life didn't work out, he has to stick his nose into the business of those with a positive attitude. You loom like a kid with no money, looking into a candy store....thinking, I wish I had that.....I don't, so I'm gonna be a prick in their side
Has he been claimed off of waivers yet?Love flournoy but I'll believe it when I see it. Cutting Brooks might come back to haunt us.

Sure he does. Consistency is a factor as well.A player who never won dpoy in 4 years doesn't have a case for best in the league.
Where did these below average vs the run/coverage ideas come from?I think he's an amazing pass rush specialist. Top 3 in the league in that trait.
Below average vs the run
Below average coverage wise
Below average leadership qualities
Above average podcaster
The fact that teams have to worry where he is most the time brings him up a tier level in itself, no matter the other qualities.
He's a top 15 defensive player in the league. Peers put him in top 40 overall so that fits.
Nah you did that yourselfYes it is... the reality is, we have many whiners....so many, that they turned me into a whiner about their whining....lol
Poor old man and his emotionsGambler ain’t gambling no more lol.
You can never tell if you a truly in a rebuilding year. The players have a lot of say in that.Good point
Some exceptions, but most of these guys are not only getting paid, but paid as soon as they are eligible. The exception being TJ Watt who waited until year 4. Chris Jones didnt get extended early, but also didn't have a true break out season until year 3. It seems like most teams are eager to get their superstar players under contract as soon as possible....or arent afraid to trade them when they cant come to terms like Chicago did with Roquan Smith.Thunder, the thing that sticks out about this list is most of these players got paid, no problem.
An observation is the argument of Micah being undersized and the various spinoffs of that topic is based in the thought process of Micah being a DE. Let's be clear Micah is a movable piece these Coaches chose not to move. Micah should line up everywhere along the front so he can't be doubled teamed or ran at often. Dude is a weapon.
For all of those 3rd and 4th rounders you’d like to see at least another contributor or two.Getting Parsons and to a lesser extent Osa still makes it a good draft. Id also factor in how many guys left for other teams vs. Who's out of the league.
Would be interesting to know what average retention is 5 years later.
Agreed. I'm not giving Micah any awards for his run defense, but I think he showed quite a bit of improvement in 2024 in that area. I also give Zimmer some credit for getting creative in how he used the DEs and LBs on run downs. Also how often do we see Micah in coverage? We really have no idea if he can cover or not. My guess is with his athletic profile he would be fine, but you're only going to drop a Micah Parsons into coverage maybe once a game so its not something he is going to putting my work into either.Where did these below average vs the run/coverage ideas come from?
What games are people watching?
I was wondering that as well. I guess he's talking about Earnest Brown IV, who did not make the team. The staff did a good job of recognizing that he should not make the team.Who is Brown? And do not say . UPS.
But yes, nice to see some changes from the normal.
I don't waste my time crying about things I can't control...except for you, I can't control you and I feel like crying for you.and as always you are covering for the Front Office no matter what
I do, too. I mean, what exactly has he done to prove worthy of a claim? He has 18 catches in two years.Has he been claimed off of waivers yet?
I expect him to be on the PS.
